A Creative Journey
An Exhibit with Photography and Oil Paintings by Patti Larson

Patti’s creative journey began in 2012 with her first digital camera. A growing passion for photography led her to explore digital tools to help transform each image into her own artistic vision. Recently she experienced the exhilaration of that first brush stroke on a blank canvas and found it very gratifying to watch the oil painting evolve with each brush stroke.
The photographs in this exhibit represent her favorite images captured during her journey. The 13 Oil Paintings comprise a series depicting the daily lives of the Amish and were inspired by photographs taken by her friend and fellow photographer, Daniel Wolfe.
