Do you have hundreds maybe even thousands of digital photos and are having trouble organizing them? Are you shooting in RAW? Do you need help on how to process multiple digital photos for competitions or to sell? Want to set up your own photo web gallery?
Join wildlife photographer and Massachusetts Audubon instructor Shawn Carey of Migration Productions for this one-day workshop using Adobe Lightroom. Learn how to manage all of your digital photo/files in a way that makes sense and is easy to learn, plus many shortcuts.
This Workshop will cover:
Understanding Lightroom and how it works.
Importing files, rating and editing or culling images.
Library Module. Overview of Importing, rating and culling.
Keywords and Keyword list
Develop and output for e-mail and web.
Create your own photo web gallery.
|8:30 am – 9:30am||Registration and laptop set up|
|9:30 am – 12:30 pm||Morning Session|
|12: 30 pm – 1:30 pm||Lunch: On your own. Many fast food restaurants in the area.|
|1:30 pm – 4:30 pm||Afternoon Session|
Laptops are recommended, but not required. If you do bring your laptop, you will find it helpful to have version 5 of Adobe Lightroom installed.
Shawn grew up in Erie but now lives in the Boston area. Shawn’s photos have been published in the Boston Globe, New York Times, Massachusetts Audubon Sanctuary, Science, Hawk Mountain Sanctuary and many other magazines over the last 15 years. In 1997 he started teaching bird photography workshops (Fundamentals of Bird Photography) for the Massachusetts Audubon.
